Brian is sharp enough to figure it out, he didn't do it and IMO, now is not a good time. Let him try again when there is 50 to 100 mil in the treasury and the stock is at least $.50 to $1.00....
Help me out with the logic on this one, please.
If it wasn't a good time with the price moving between 10 cents and 15 cents, why would it be more opportune to attempt to remove the BoD when the share price is substantially higher with more cash in hand?
How would a price of $1.00 and $100 mil in the treasury show incompetence?
