I agree with you but who knows for a fact what is happening behind the scenes? I just think it's jumping the gun to proclaim now that an approval has been made by the USPTO.

The fact is the corrected request was sent back to the OIPE but not denied like the App. 90/010,551 was. Do you know why that is (rhetorical)?
