Somebody must've screwed up then. I never heard of a OIPE or OPAP until today but I know what I saw. I'll be looking for the next Trans. History post about that corrected request like a hawk. I think it should reappear showing OPAP instead of OIPE.

Just my luck. I think this was the first time nobody looked to verify my discovery. How can I cut & paste a webpage? It's never worked for me before.
