I believe you are sadly mistaken. It is either bad management, poor execution, or failed leadership at the BoD level that has your share price at .15. It has nothing to do with a message board poster, or even a large unhappy shareholder.

A shareholder rep can have all the meetings in the world with the BoD; if they fail to heed any of the advice given or turn a deaf ear to the wishes of retail holders, whose fault is that?

The only questions left are: will there be continued failure to realize the intrinsic the value of an exceedingly valuable asset that you own? Will you continue to be shielded from the status, strategic plans, and current valuation of said asset? Will there be further failure of execution of strategic plans relative to our other ventures thereby continuing to drain cash?

There are very few people who can provide the answers to these questions much less act on them on in your best interest and that of all shareholders, and the person who you are alluding to is not one of them.
