While on the subject, I suspect that because of the amendments to the 336, all infringers must be notified again that they still infringe. Is that correct?

Also, could someone post at what point we can no longer sue for infringement. I believe it is different than the expiration date. But I think the infringer has to be notified before expiration. Is that right?
