I'm with you and agree there is some ambiguity with Sanyo, however, keep in mind there was one company that paid, that the check was "deposited in the wrong account" (DL's bank account maybe?! - lol), or something to that effect, so that may account for some timing issues with Sanyo. Who knows, and by 10/9/09, we will find out, I guess.
