Include the fact that ARM only ever copyrighted(see prior posts on the subject) their earlier processors, the quantity of documentation, and the statement: "Additionally, these features are not present in the remaining prior art of record", I wonder if there remain any potential valid challenges to the '336?
As to the "off-chip external clock", would inclusion "on-chip" make it obvious, therefore invalidating any patents granted on that basis?
Does the recertified '336 actually now have more bite or has it been made a toothless wonder? I believe the former but welcome any constructive critcism as to why it may be the latter.
