Doesn't it get more and more obvious as many of us assumed, that the "grant" of the rights was just until the patents would get through the USPTO process - either weak (bad for us) or strong (bad for NEC, Toshiba)?

Now what did the "business resolution" from December 2007 say IF the patents get revalidated???

And do I remember correctly, that there were two different pr's - one for NEC and Toshiba and one for Matsushita?? (Matsushita didn't question the patents)

Oh, I guess none of you can imagine how glad I am to see the '336 survive and maybe stronger than before - could it be, that I'll get in the green with my PTSC-account???
