If you're a large infringer and will likely have to sign a license, why not buy PTSC shares now, and forget challenging or trying to litigate. Let the appreciation in PTSC shares generated by your license announcement help pay for your license! In fact, pay $30M and INSIST that the PR include the value that you paid!
