OK, OK! You convinced me! (that was a tough sell, eh?!) lol

I would think that this recert will introduce a NEW group of "low hanging fruit" infringers that TPL can hopefully get to sign RELATIVELY quickly creating the perception of a reinvigorated STEADY licensing program, or even a RUSH to license.

If that begins to reveal itself as true, then I think that the duel track becomes ever more viable.
