The problem is that was 2006 and this is 2009, post financial meltdown. IMO, many of the people that participated in the 2006 run-up may not be present for this as their bank accounts have been severly crippled. I believe many investors do not have the stomach for risk at this point. The market made a major move based on relatively no solid data to back it up. I hope like hell we run. I would love to finally participate like so many of this swing traders over the last 3 years. In essence this is really put or shut-up for Patriot and TPL. They took the first shot over the bow with this latest PR. Any licenses that follow must demonstrate a sizeable appreciation in value. They are out of free passes.
