mean regarding the '148? Mgmt stated that several issue should be resolved. I assume they figured with 2 out of 3 patents concluded it would be safe to talk in January.. The '148 process could take another 18 - 24 months. I have always been under the impression that the '148 would rank 2nd in the hierarchy of value in the portfolio. Has this changed?
