As he has already been retained to assess PDSG your suggestion is redundant.

Just what makes you think that if he were subsequently retained for the MMP Portfolio, he would have better insight into the percentage infringing chips and then the percentage of an infringers overall product range which infringed?

It is only worth what individual infringers are going to pay, no more, no less.
