The question in my mind is how does this tie in with PTSC/ how does he tie in? If you look at their web site they have a section on clock and timing devices. Is this the tie in? Also, many times before PTSC has put someone on the board of a company that they invest in later. Only thing here is that I think with a company this big it might be the other way around. Oh, I forgot PTSC is going to have lots of money with this recert news!! ( Also, there is something about video on the web site so... AVOT? )
