Hi Mike, I read your press release regarding Donald Schrock, good move. My question is since Mr. Schrock in now a board member of IDT and currently board member of Patriot Scientific, can you please comment on the synergies between both companies?

I’m not sure that there are synergies between the two companies. IDT believes Mr. Schrock’s background (including positions at Motorola, GM-Hughes Aircraft, Burr Brown, AMCC, and Qualcomm) would give the company an interesting and insightful perspective as the company focuses on new areas of growth.
