The word Institutions include many many entitities... LLC, Mutual funds, trust funds... many Mutual funds can & do buy penny stock.... many time thier are strict rules on how/much you can buy... If you have watched PTSC you would see over dozen different "Institutional investor" have invest in PTSC..... so thier is "LOTS" of money out thier.... I am sure of thast... wrong about todays price action correct about this!!!!
