hostile take overs are not possible. In our commericalization agreement. If that happens then the patents revert to the other party. So they would be taking nothing of value as it stands, PDSG isn't worth much at the time. To get the patents they would have to make offers to parties that were acceptable to all, that being PTSC, TPL. and Moore.
