Are you worried companies "still" won't pony up?

As I've suggested more than once, I believe that there will have been many companies awaiting the outcome of the '336 re-examination.

Now that it has been recertified I expect to see the pace of licensing increase, and am not worried about the few who may hold back.

One has to remember that Alliacense will have provided information to the alleged infringer as to the how, where and why their respectives products are infringing, and I humbly suggest that it would be at best reckless for those companies' EEs to deny potential infringement where it exists in light of the revalidated '336.

Be well
