Companies can stall till the cows come .Nothing has really changed on that front.

THEIR DOUBTS HAVE BEEN DIMINSIHED but that doesn't mean they will pay any quicker since the rates have supposedly hicked. TPL has to convince the none believers out there he is willing to play HARD BALL. Lets see what kind of settlement we get with HTC and company. ANOTHER WORTHLESS BUSINESS RESOLUTION will be the death nail for this company and the MMP. I have always been critical of TPL handling of the MMP.
