If you mean an extention of time (life) that would be no. If you mean does it broaden or narrow the scope of infingement, that is still to be determined, by us anyway.

Hopefully Desinguy, or DDiligent (who we have not heard from in a long time) will give us their opinions on exactly where we are at in the latter.
