Good T's and O's
Very logical, and analytical. Well thought out. We should request a reexam of Arm chips.
according to Ron this is the judgment we had with ARM:
A stipulated judgment or agreed judgment is a judgment which both sides agree to have entered. If the agreement is not followed, the plaintiff can file an affidavit of default wherein the judgment can be entered without notice to the defendant(s). This default judgment is binding and failure to comply with it means that an enforcement action could be taken. Enforcement actions vary, but can include wage garnishment and/or property lien(s).
A Judgement that you alluded to (Res judicata) would preclude us from ever bring up the issue again with any defendent. A stipulated judgment would refer to just this case? Is that right?
We had a settlement with the J's which didn't go to trial, so technically, it was not a judgment? Whatever-it- was, we don't know because of the NDA. So I can only assume that it was not as binding as any of the above? Interesting?
