I made a post the other day indicating ARM wasn't working closely with DT. Milestone followed with a post showing who ARM does supply in the telecommunications markets. Of all the companies who ARM serves and the multiple products they are involved with, I found only two high end 3G phone designs they supply to TMobile, a DT company. My focus was intended to be on DT not having a fall guy, like ARM, they could blame their infringement on. I still maintain that DT will be one of the next likely licensees. I thought someone here at one point indicated one of the T-3 might be a large supplier of phones to DT? Is that true?

For some reason the thread followed along the lines of ARM and the 584 ruling. I doubt very much that ARM is at the top of any Alliacense target list. You are correct in thinking we are focused on the down steam infringers, not the likes of ARM.
