Mr. Goerner replies as follows:

Thanks for your email and suggestion.

In effect the quarterly 10-K and annual 10-Q rolls up the licensing activities in any given quarter as you’ve outlined.

Individual license PRs are managed between the licensee and TPL as to whether they can be disclosed publicly or not and we would likely need other approvals if we “bunched” them as you’ve suggested.

I don’t see much flexibility around this issue in the future.
