A primary goal is a NASDAQ listing. A difficult proposition with a penny stock BOD.

Remember this company received a bunch of money and the best thing the BOD could think of was to get rid of it ASAP. (Most of it to S & L). Long term investors know we need a proactive BOD to get off the OTCBB and onto an exchange.
