In light of my "new" recognition that an SEC investigation is not (or should not be) known until the results are found, I am largely in agreement.

As for who should fear an SEC investigation of PTSC trading as relates to posts here, it IMO is all a matter of perception. And that is from where the suggestions you mention fall. Maybe I'm blind to it, but I have not witnessed PPS appreciation based on "pumping" posts on this board - all I've noted were instances where, with news, the PPS has gone up or stays static, but in either case is followed by what I perceive to be rather vigorous bashing. And the PPS suffers - perhaps as a result of such bashing. This I find suspect.

Who should be afraid? Anyone who has actively participated in pumping OR bashing, and traded stock in concert with same. I do know that if I had participated and, say, posted 25 admitted bashing posts (and stated my intent to do so again), and the PPS moved down at all, and my trading activity reflected a correlation for a trading advantage, I'd be concerned. But I agree, anyone who has engaged in such activity may have reason for concern. It's not just bashers or pumpers - it's both/either.

And I don't see the board currently focusing necessarily on "them pesky bashers", but on Agora's "issues" and calls for an SEC investigation of things PTSC that, at this point, nobody seems to have a big problem with (myself now included, as long as it is not released to the public until completed). From there it has deteriorated into "questionable posting" by some.

Just think.... 99% of this non-sense will go away with some positive PTO news.

And I do find it interesting that gcduck reports that "Avot, Nupower and Talis are gone from PTSC's website", and there's no discussion about it. This observation appears pregnant with potential discussion, but..... Could this suggest that the BoD has done something to follow through on their stated intent and/or action is imminent? Apparently other topics are far more important (to even you and me! LOL).
