I should note that on this particular occasion, it wasn't the classic wait for news, sell, bash, buy, wait scenario. On this occasion I suspect it had to do more with making the buy before the end of the tax year (probable tax law changes coming) and also driven by an expectation of the potential immediate PTO action to kill the '336 re-exam at the expiration of the patentee option to transmit a statement period. So more a bash, bash, bash, buy, and wait scenario.
