Most OTC/pink pennies do, yes.

Past 3 years: every significant spike has led to a lower price.

This is a flipper's penny. Yet just a week about this board was flooded with "Contrats all longs!!!!!"

Really? Congrats on what? All the pied pipers really should be ashamed.

Does it have a shot? Yes, a very long one, and the market is a great oddsmaker. In the mean time, it's a lotto play with very nice action for day and momo traders.
