If you put enough puzzle pieces together, one starts to get a good idea what the theme of the puzzel is about. I think you have have done just that. Makes perfect sense, since a merger with TPL is mentioned in RG's contract. The fear has always been that such a merger would be on TPL's terms not PTSCs. But given what we think we know about Lecky's finances, perhaps PTSC can come out ahead in such a merger. Obviously, ownership of the other half of the MMP would hinder doing anything. But, IMHO if the Leckrones walk away with enough, they will concede ownership to Moore and enable the deal to go through. How much is enough? Hmmmmm
