Right now that wouldn't be a smart move. A resolution between Moore (who owns half the patents) and TPL needs to be accomplished before we walk in the fire. It would seem to me that TPL is not receiving enough revenue to pay for all of their expenses in product analysis, negoiations, and litigation. They need to come to some resolution with Moore who presently adds nothing to the venture other than his past accomplishments. I hope they at least bill Moore for the patent attorney they are using at the USPTO since that used to be his job.
