OK, in the excitement of the NFL season, I think I skipped over the actual "Court granted a 90-day stay" language. With that beginning on June 17, it should have ended on September 10 by my count, and thus, I assume, the reason for the 9/18 conference and subsequent agreement to meet about 45 days later. Does that sound right?
