If Fogel does extend the stay, does TPL drop the 749 and 148 and only proceed with the 336 to effectively remove any need for a stay?

I don't think TPL should drop the 749 and 148 as the patents are still valid. ACER will more than likely settle based on the 336 alone. TPL should have the upper hand in the negotiations.
