Also any messages posted in repetition, in addition to posting same question, fact or opinion over and over after a response has been provided or if there is currently no ascertainable answer will be deleted.

By way of example, taking the recertification of the '336 patent, is it being suggested that one may make only one or two comments on the matter before it becomes repetitious? As to an ascertainable answer, given the NDAs surrounding the MMP Portfolio, will any discussion on potential revenues, anticipated licensing rates, and also the potential of PDSG, for example, be deleted on the basis of there being "currently no ascertainable answer"?

I humbly suggest that given the technical nature of the patents, development stage of PDSG, and various other factors, to preclude the repetition/paraphrasing of particular perspectives along with reasoned debate is antithetical to the concept of an open discussion forum from which all may obtain a better understanding of what they own.
