the NIEM standard, ................three of a team of 12 that actually defined it, are employees of PDSG at this point. We have significant insight into the development of the standard, as well as, the utilization of it.

I didn't realize that PDSG employees actually DEFINED that STANDARD.

No wonder why Greg Baroni is involved!
