I have not been able to accurately review the amended '336 patent against the original patent or the 2007 Markman claims construction due to what appears to be a lack of accurate information. I have a copy of the original patent from the USPTO PAIR website, but what I lack is a full and complete copy of the amended patent.

I have the amended patent posted by LL (thanks for that), but there appears to be inconsistency between that copy's mark-ups and what I have been reading in the history of the amendments on the USPTO's PAIR site, and that post did not appear to include all claims. I may have erred on this due to the long and confusing history of the re-exam of the '336 and the confusing history trail on PAIR, but I don't feel I have all of the information. The best I can do at this point is await the final amended patent to be released by the USPTO some time soon.

I apologize for the several false starts on this review and hope to have something to post once I can collect all relevant data. If someone can provide what I have described as the data I presently lack (I am sure others have a superior handle over my navigation of the USPTO site), please post it to this forum or PM me for an email exchange.

Again, my apologies for not having any comments to date, and I hope to have something soon for those who are interested in my comments.
