How it is worded is not all that critical. It is the configuation design that was patented, not the words that explain it. And we know what the critical parts are.
On chip ring oscillator clocking cpu. Off chip clock separately clocking I/O. Those 2 statements can not be found anywhere in the prior art TOGETHER. As long as the patent still contains these two statements, that is all I need. The rest of the claims are not really needed to prove infringement. Other comments welcomed.
