As I wrote several times: the huge PR was the beginning of the resumption of negotiations talks with new licensees. My guess is those talks were on hold as long as the revalidation process on the '584 and '336 patents was pending - and NOW the TPL-guys can come back to the companies and present them a strong package.

But don't think it will rush then, because if the license fees have increased the companies will use any chance to delay the payment. Thus it will take time to finalize a contract and thus I'm not expecting a flurry of new licensees until the end of October/start of November.

IMO there are two reasons, why RG postponed the Shareholder Meeting:

1. Revalidation of the MMP and first results with new licensees

2. First contracts for PDSG

And don't forget: the last action with the '148 was in March, so further actions are long overdue, maybe they are awaiting this?

If we don't see new licensees until the end of November I'll share your sentiments, but until then I'm patiently waiting (and hoping...).
