I indicated in error that the next case conference for the T3 suit is slated for 12/11. It is actually 11/6. Sorry about that. With that date, and assuming that the "stay" is in an effort to reach a settlement, the logic of my post is a bit off as it would imply a settlement before the end of the stay, which would put it in THIS quarter which ends 11/30 and will be reported 1/9, not NEXT quarter.

That being said, I hope that a settlement is reached during the stay period, and that TPL can use the subsequent 2 months before the 10q to sign a bunch of licenses but at a much elevated fee.
