That/those be it! I think many, like me, figure any settlement with Moore/TPL has got to be an improvement to the situation.

As for AMD, who knows? Seems to me that they licensed for a reason, and the clock speed issue exists for them (and many others) just as it does for Intel (BTW, have they paid any royalties to Moore/TPL?). Seems royalties should be flowing from AMD.... They also licensed Ignite technology, and I think the current thought is they may be on the verge of using it (perhaps as a co-processor).

But I KNOW nuttin`!
