Message: TPL and Alliacense

That's a press release, not the MMP licensing overview I mentioned:
http://www.alliacense.com/Licensing_Overview.aspx
Not a single mention.

In its entirety:

Overview

  • The TPL Group's relationship with Charles "Chuck" Moore dates back to 1988, at which time the renowned inventor of the Forth software language was actively innovating techniques to improve the architecture of microprocessors.

  • The TPL Group was responsible for the marketing of Moore's ShBoom microprocessor. The MMP Portfolio was developed and protected by The TPL Group, in accordance with its portfolio development strategies.

  • MMP Portfolio licensing efforts now underway are a result of nearly two decades of close cooperation between The TPL Group and Moore, who currently serves as CTO for both the TPL Group and IntellaSys, an early-stage TPL enterprise.

As for Alliacense, I was thinking about PDS. Sorry.

We caused certain of our respective interests in the Microprocessor Patents to be licensed to PDS, a limited liability company owned 50% by us and 50% by TPL.

PDS, 50% owned by PTSC, pays Alliacense, an enterprise managed exclusively by TPL, to license the MMP. My bad, PDS is an extra shell in the game.
