Lar,

The more I think about it, the more I am intrigued with the consolidation aspect. A PTSC/Moore/Fish united front could be powerful and profitable.

Of course the settlement could be an `agreement to disagree` that would allow both sides to go their separate ways after droppping litigation.

I like the first scenario.
