SO, while ptsc/tpl sit and wait for the procedural process of the USPTO to complete the reexam certificate, any new ex parte request may be reviewed? I was under the impression that once they announced their intent to issue....they would no longer take a look at any new requests for reexam. Man, a new examiner taking a look cannot mean aquick refusal! I'm drained! good luck
