The challengers to a reexam request canot appeal a USPTO decision. This is their way to try and usurp the process by putting in these continuous reexam requests. Collectively, they would rather spend millions doing this than paying inevitable billions they owe us. When will they learn that resistance is futile? Probably when the next settlement is announced. It will be a shot across the bow.
