I thought this particular request was denied because it wasn't presented in proper form. I assume I am wrong, but I also thought a corrected request was not received on time. Question...while the the new request is being reviewed, does the reexamination certificate continue to be walked thru all the steps needed for issue? Unbelievable, this ptsc saga.
