I don't understand why many here cannot accept the USPTO decison in case of the 336'er reexamin and still try to look for a needle in a haystack. You never can be sure in live of something to be granted for 100%, that's a fact.

I am sure, that TPL/PTSC with their long term knowlege in the worldwide IP business will not bring out a PR without considering most of the facts and possibilities.

So, be patient till the ongoing proceedigns with potential companies lead to a licening deals. Pelease consider: This won't happen every hour, like many here expect!
