I have wondered about the "conspricay" .... I just ran across a web site the shows the amount of naked short shares on any stock... PTSC does have quite a few(on a regualr basis.... I will share it after I do some reasearch... for example it showed PTSC with 155,000 shares naked shorted mid august... I was before the run up(we went up then down...then the run up).. I will need to get some histroical trade data...... it also showed a HUGE amount of short(naked) sales right before they paid out our dividend,,, data goes back many years.... It will take some time to go through and compare...
