The re-exams would then prove to be annoyances. Potential customers are now able to see the writting on the wall. To make themselves look smart they'll trump the re-exam play with a purchase. Shareholders won't take kindly to sloth when the obvious is staring their companys board right in the face.

Look for some signings ( at least 2 ) before Octobers report from PTSC. If no signings by then I think there may be cause for concern. It's a tiny window of opportunity for potential buyers of the MMP and a timeframe I can live with.
