it looks like the FTD's for PTSC in Aug. 2009 began to drop off........if I'm looking at that correctly.

questions: 1.are the SEC rules changed yet regarding Naked Shorting?

2. is there anything PTSC can do to stop the FTD problem or slow it down? I hope these questions make sense. LOL
