I think you misunderstood the point I was making. Barbwire said the news wasn't significant to Textron. Greeneyes said this:

And I responded with my post that a company with $2.7B in quarterly expenses probably doesn't consider a payment of 7 or 8 figures (being optimistic) to be significant.
