I was noticing that as well. What does it mean? Did PTSC buy them out or do they now have more control? I thought they couldn't PR w/o TPL approval? And if they got the approval why are the others not doing PR as well? Has a deal been reached with Moore? It is worth noting-- IMO-- This adds an extra layer to the importance of this PR.
