Why would AMTD have any news regarding PTSC? If you're talking about on their website, the PTSC press release is available on their Dow Jones Newswire feed. Their standard "News" section for OTC/Pinks is really quite poor, if you use their service for news you should upgrade to Apex.

As I noted in a previous post, it is interesting that Alliacense (or TPL) hasn't PR'd the latest signings. They almost always beat PTSC to PR.
